Operations
Production is not finished at launch.
We run WordPress sites and PHP applications as if they were critical — because they are, to the people who own them.
-
01
Updates without Russian roulette
Core, themes and plugins move on a routine. Staging where it matters. Rollback when something fails. No “update all” click on production on a Friday.
-
02
Backups that actually restore
Files and database, with a check that restore works. An untested backup is a wish, not a plan.
-
03
Security as maintenance
Least privilege, current dependencies, closed endpoints, sensible headers. WordPress is safe when it is tended. It is rarely tended.
-
04
When something goes down
A human line. We diagnose, fix and explain what happened — without hiding inside a ticket maze.
Agreement
Operations is a contract, not a mood.
We can run anything from light maintenance to closer watch. The scope is written down: what is included, how fast we respond, and what is billed as a project. You should not have to guess what “we’ll keep an eye on it” means.
